Everyone is welcome at Christ Church, Upper Armley!

Children and young people Sunday service groups (ages 5 – 11)

We have some fabulous volunteers that currently run a group during some Sunday services for children.

Some Sundays our children’s group go out and learn and play separately, sometimes we have intergenerational worship in our main service.

Faith is a lifelong journey and so it doesn’t matter whether your child has started their relationship with God or not, everyone is welcome and we love to hear young people’s views and questions about Christianity.

Fun for Under 5s in Sunday services

If you have a child aged under 5 they are most welcome to enjoy the play area in the side aisle during our services where you will find a selection of toys and books for them to play with and read. Parents/carers are asked to supervise their children in this area and there is plenty of seating here.

West Leeds United Youth Group (every third Sunday 5pm – 7pm)

We have joined up with St John’s Wortley and St Peter’s Bramley churches to create West Leeds United – a fantastic time of fellowship for young Christians. This group is for those aged 10+ years and offers a time of fun for preteens and teenagers that are exploring their faith through a wide range of social activities.
